Deposit & Payment Policy

Upon reserving Snowridge Country Cabin, the following will be required: a $300.00 check for confirmation/cleaning deposit is required no later than 14 days in advance. A temporary four day hold will be placed on the dates you request until your check arrives. No dates are confirmed until the deposit is paid. Your $300.00 check is completely refundable provided the occupant has followed all the house rules and left the cabin in an acceptable condition. This deposit covers such items as theft, damage to the unit, destruction of property, and key replacement. There is a nonrefundable cleaning fee of $75.00.  Final payment is due 10 days prior to arrival, and there are no refunds for late arrival or early departure. Mail deposits to:

Cancellation prior to 30 days of arrival will receive a complete refund. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in loss of the deposit. If cancellation occurs following ten days prior to arrival, the rent cannot be refunded. No keys will be released until the final payment is made. Credit cards for final payment are not acceptable. State and local taxes of 13.5% will be added to the following rates.
